    The local face of Coastal Social in each city, supports events, keeps the BFF community warm, and hosts one casual gathering per month.

    The ideal candidate:

    • Knows and loves her city

    • Welcoming and community-oriented

    • Enjoys bringing women together

    • Dependable and proactive

  • OCEAN CITY, MD & NAPLES, FL FLEXIBLE / EVENT-BASED

    $150/EVENT + $50 PER EVENT CO-LED

    Captures event content, creates Reels/TikToks/testimonials, and helps co-lead events as a face of the brand.

    The ideal candidate:

    • Strong eye for creating and storytelling

    • Knows social trends

    • Comfortable on camera and behind it

    • Creates native-feeling lifestyle content

  • OCEAN CITY, MD & NAPLES, FL

    6-8 HRS/WEEK

    $500/MONTH

    Manages the day-to-day community experience, welcomes members, supports the ambassador program, and tracks details so no one falls through the cracks.

    The ideal candidate:

    • Organized and responsive

    • People-first

    • Strong follow-through

    • Can own responsibilities independently

  • REMOTE-FRIENDLY

    6-10 HRS/WEEK

    $400-600/MONTH

    PLUS 20% COMMSSION

    Manages outreach to local businesses, sponsors, and venue partners, maintains relationships, and helps grow the brand sustainably.

    The ideal candidate:

    • Sales/marketing/PR or partnership experience

    • Warm communicator

    • Organized with follow-through

    • Understands genuine brand fit+
